Our Food Policy
At Yinz Eat Yet Catering, we’re committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and satisfying experience from start to finish. Here’s what you can expect when you work with us:
📦 Order Minimums & Lead Time
We kindly ask for a 24–48 hour notice for most orders.
Larger events may require additional lead time depending on complexity.
Minimum order value may apply based on delivery location and service type.
🚚 Delivery & Setup
We offer on-time delivery to your event location.
Setup service is available for larger events upon request.
Delivery fees vary based on distance and order size.
🔁 Cancellations & Changes
Orders canceled within 24 hours of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Menu or guest count changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
🧼 Food Safety & Allergens
All food is prepared in a licensed, inspected kitchen.
We take food safety seriously and follow all proper handling guidelines.
Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
💳 Payments
We accept all major credit cards, checks, and business invoicing (with approval).
A deposit may be required for large or custom orders.
Full payment is due upon delivery unless prior arrangements are made.
